Baan Dusitanon ni inzu y'amagorofa ane ifite igorofa yo hagati (mezzanine), iherereye mu gace k'umujyi karangwa n'ubucucike. Iyi nyubako izengurutswe n'uruhande rw'inyuma (facade) rugizwe n'utubaho tw'umwuka (louvers) duteguye mu buryo buhagaze kandi dufite ubuzenguruke buhoro, dukozwe mu cyuma cya aluminiyumu ikomeye cyane. Utu tubaho dukingira imbere y'inzu ku maso y'abari hanze, ariko abari imbere bagakomeza kubona umujyi. Abegukanye Ifeza ni ibihangano by'ubuhanga bukomeye kandi bifite guhanga kwinshi, bigaragaza ubuhanga bwimbitse, impano n'ubushishozi bw'ababihanze. Dusitanon Inzu yo Kubamo biteganyijwe ko izaba igihangano cy'icyitegererezo, gifite ubunyamwuga bukomeye n'udushya twimbitse. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye Ifeza ni igihangano kizwi kandi gishimwa, gifasha kugura imbibi z'ubuhanzi, ubumenyi, ubushushanyo n'ikoranabuhanga. Dusitanon Inzu yo Kubamo ni igihangano benshi bifuza, gikangura ibyifuzo, gitanga amarangamutima meza kandi gitera igitangaza.

- Baan Dusitanon is a four-story residence with a mezzanine level, enveloped by a distinctive façade, located in the heart of the city. Given its urban setting, the surrounding environment is bustling with both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
The primary design objective was to create a sense of privacy for the residents while maintaining a seamless connection to the city. The building’s vertically aligned and subtly twisted façade panels act as a visual screen, shielding the interior from external views without creating a sense of confinement. This design allows residents to enjoy unobstructed views of the surroundings while ensuring privacy.
Beyond aesthetics, the façade serves as a thermal buffer, reducing direct heat exposure to the main structure. The space between the façade and the building itself accommodates greenery and landscaped areas, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
The interior layout is divided into two primary zones:
• The front section of each floor serves as a semi-private living area, fostering interaction and openness.
• The rear section is dedicated to private bedrooms, ensuring tranquility for the residents.
On the fourth floor, a double-height living space provides an expansive view of the cityscape, enhancing the sense of openness within the residence. - Ibipimo n'Ipaki
- The façade is designed with privacy and functionality in mind, featuring vertically aligned angled louvers that effectively block external views. This vertical arrangement minimizes dust accumulation and water retention on the surface.
Constructed from high-strength aluminum, the louvers have an elliptical profile with tapered edges for durability and a sleek appearance. The supporting framework is discreetly hidden within the elliptical profiles, maintaining a clean and seamless exterior aesthetic - Ibibazo Fatizo
