Hill Paramount ni igishushanyo mbonera cy'imbere mu nzu y'ubuturo ifite ubuso bwa metero kare 1542 (square feet). Ubwiza bwa kera busubirwamo binyuze mu buryo bugezweho, hakoreshejwe imiryango y'imiheto (arches), imirongo isukuye n'imitako y'imbaho (moldings) bishyizwe ku matsinda y'amabara akomeye y'icyatsi cya emeraude na beige y'igikoma cya karameli. Ameza y'ikirwa afite ishusho y'ubugeni n'imitako y'imirongo atanga ububiko kandi akayobora inzira hagati y'icyumba cy'ubuturo n'icyumba cyo kuriramo. Unique Properties: Hill Paramount redefines vintage-inspired living through a contemporary lens. Clean lines, arches, and decorative moldings are paired with bold contrasts of emerald green and caramel beige, creating a refined yet vibrant atmosphere. Unique features include a sculptural island with linear detailing, a revolving cloakroom door to the study, and bathrooms where crafted marble and custom tiles showcase artistry with modern clarity.

Production Technology: Hill Paramount was realized through digital modeling and detailed prototyping to resolve structural constraints and refine spatial flow. Advanced joinery and precision carpentry shaped the sculptural island, while custom marble fabrication produced the Calacatta slab and curved counters. Push-to-open cabinetry, concealed ducting, and integrated drainage systems combined craftsmanship with modern building technology, ensuring durability and design accuracy.
Design Challenge: The greatest challenge at Hill Paramount was uniting vintage aesthetics with contemporary living demands. Internally, the design required balancing historical motifs such as arches and moldings with modern spatial efficiency. Externally, structural constraints and material availability limited certain choices. Through digital modeling, custom fabrication, and close collaboration with craftsmen, the team overcame these obstacles to deliver precision detailing and bold color contrasts in a cohesive home.
Research: Research at Hill Paramount explored vintage-inspired design, aiming to balance modern simplicity with retro character. Objectives included integrating arches, decorative moldings, and bold color contrasts while maintaining functionality. The team applied spatial analysis, digital modeling, and iterative prototyping, engaging clients and craftsmen in the process. The results were custom-crafted features—such as the sculptural island and revolving door—that highlight how traditional motifs can be reinterpreted through modern methods to enrich daily living and broaden design practice.
Inspiration: The inspiration of this project came from a desire to reinterpret vintage aesthetics within a contemporary home. The design draws on the timeless charm of arches, curved lines, and decorative moldings, paired with modern simplicity and bold color contrasts. By merging geometric textures, natural tones, and refined craftsmanship, the project explores how classical character and modern living can coexist in harmony.

Operation Flow: Hill Paramount operates through a seamless blend of aesthetics and function. The sculptural island doubles as storage while guiding circulation between living and dining. A revolving door links cloakroom and study, creating flexible privacy. Dual finishes and glass partitions structure spaces, while custom joinery and concealed systems enhance clarity. These transformations improve flow, maximize utility, and deliver refined daily living.
