Ubushakashatsi: The design seamlessly blends Nanyang style with the philosophy of naturalist mansions, elevating spatial aesthetics beyond conventional Fuzhou standards. By integrating natural elements, ecological sensibilities, and spatial depth into the design, residents can authentically experience local Fuzhou culture.
Ibyatumye Habaho: The project design of the project draws heavily on the artistic design ethos, color palette, and spatial sequence of the iconic Brickell Hotel, blending it with the distinctive South Pacific cultural influences of the location. In contrast to the traditional extravagant sales environments of typical demonstration areas, it creates a refined, minimalist, and ceremonial hotel like atmosphere, offering future residents a promise of an elevated lifestyle that transcends the everyday, while embodying both a strong sense of belonging and reverence.
