About Elegant Mansion Icyumba cy'Abakiriya mu Nzu Ituwemo

Elegant Mansion ni imbere y'icyumba cy'abakiriya mu nzu ituwemo, cyubatswe mu Mujyi wa Taichung. Hasi y'icyumba hakoreshejwe marble y'ibara ryoroheje, igera no ku rukuta ruri inyuma y'ameza y'akwakira abashyitsi. Itara ry'amabuye y'agaciro (crystal chandelier) rimurikira igisenge, rikwirakwiza urumuri binyuze mu kugaragara kw'urumuri (refraction). Agace k'akwakira abashyitsi gafite igisenge kirekire n'imyanya yo kwicaraho (sofa) y'ibara rya cream. Ishuri rifite amabara y'umukara n'umweru riri ku ruhande rw'idirishya ry'Ubufaransa rifite amarido y'ubudodo bwiza (silk) yerekana. Imiryango n'amadirishya bifite uburebure bwa cm 370. Icyumba cy'umwarimu wihariye n'ahantu ho gukorera imyitozo ngororamubiri byakozwe mu mabara meza y'ibiti, bigakuzuza gahunda rusange.

Abegukanye Buronze ni ibihangano bifite ubuhanga bwinshi kandi bihanga cyane, bishimangira uburambe, ubwenge n'ubushobozi bw'ababihanze. Elegant Mansion Icyumba cy'Abakiriya mu Nzu Ituwemo biteganyijwe ko izaba ikintu cyubahwa, gishimwa kandi gikundwa, gifite ubunyamwuga n'udushya. Iki gishushanyo cyegukanye Buronze gikoresha uburyo bwiza mu buhanzi, ubumenyi, ubushushanyo n'ikoranabuhanga kandi kirarenze mu gutaha ku tuntu duto. Unique Properties: This residential project has implemented community greening to the exquisite neoclassical building, creating a poetic visual sentiment, as well as presenting the beauty of elegance via the combination of antique granite foundation with graceful aesthetics. The design team values symbiosis between safety and aesthetics, improving the overall safety spec for the structure to offer the residents with more stable sensation.

Production Technology: On the right hand side is the mothering classroom, with color selection mainly based on classical black and white colors; this space is arranged with simple table and chairs with appropriate distance in between, allowing for emotional connection as well as the enjoyment of moments being alone, accompanied by gigantic French window on the side, the curtain material selected transparent silk texture, where sunlight may easily shine through the window and the symbiosis between natural light and artificial light further reinforced the visual effect.
Design Challenge: The design for the sports area is completely different; colors used here are based mainly on pale wood colors as compared to the aforementioned black and white base tones, giving people a relaxing elegant spatial sentiment, while the gentle yellow light is adopted to create a cozy atmosphere.
Research: Going further inside, one will see a tutor room, where the base color tone is still based mainly on light marble colors with black on the side; the long table used black color to enhance graceful design sentiment, with potted plant placed on top, such that the ingenious idea embellished the vivid rhythm of the space.
Inspiration: The flooring of the lobby used light-colored marble extending to the wall behind the counter, unveiling the resplendent prelude to this art feast; the ceiling adopted exquisitely luxurious crystal chandelier, the crystal chandelier originated from the aristocrats of the Middle Ages, where the gorgeous style features sophisticated glass and crystal matrix, lighting up the space through refractions.
Project Duration: The project finished on the first of December 2019 in Taichung City.
Operation Flow: The high-ceiling design above the reception area on the other side allowed the image to extend even further, thereby reducing visual stress; the gentle cream-colored sofa is selected to accentuate the elegant and graceful sense of layers.
