होन्मिडो-सैण्ड् इति काचिनाकु-माचा-स्वादयुक्तयोः लङ्ग्-द-चा-पिष्टिकयोः मध्ये मेरिङ्ग्-पदार्थं संस्थापयित्वा निर्मितस्य मिष्टान्नस्य पेटिकानिर्माणकल्पना अस्ति। होन्मिडो इति व्यापारचिह्नं जापानीय-पाश्चात्य-मिष्टान्नयोः पारम्परिकतां आधुनिकसंवेदनया सह सङ्गमयति, मिष्टान्नस्य मूलाधारभूतं यत् प्राकृतिकपोषणं तस्य महत्त्वं च रक्षति। इयं पेटिका जापानीय-कुलचिह्नानि पाश्चात्य-अलङ्कारैः सह सम्मिलयति। पत्रतत्त्वं आइवी-व्यापारचिह्नात् गृहीतम् अस्ति, यत् प्राकृतिकपोषणं अभिव्यनक्ति, तथा च पेटिकायाः आकृतिं प्रदत्ते। इयं रचना मिष्टान्नानि पत्रैः आवृत्य स्थापयितुं जापानीयपारम्पर्यस्य आधुनिकं रूपान्तरं अस्ति।

- Honmido is a confectionery brand that fuses traditional Japanese and Western sweets with modern sensibilities while valuing the natural nourishment that is the basis of sweets.
This is a package design of kinako and matcha flavored confectionery with meringue sandwiched between langue de chat cookies. - Tags

- Inspiration
- The package fuses Japanese family crests with Western ornamentation. The leaf element was taken out of the ivy brand mark which expresses natural nourishment, and turned into a package. This package is a contemporary arrangement of the Japanese tradition of wrapping sweets in leaves.
