About Azumaen जापानी भोजनालयः
एषा राष्ट्रीयोद्यानस्य सरोवरतीरस्थितस्य भोजनालयस्य योजना अस्ति। निजकक्षस्य कोष्ठः चक्रवाकाकारेण निर्मितः तथा च स्थानमिदं सरोवरे शान्त्या पक्षौ विश्राम्य स्थितस्य पक्षिणः इव प्रतीयते। मुक्तपाकशालायाः पटे मेषासनपादेषु च अप्रत्यक्षप्रदीपनव्यवस्था स्थापिता येन सरोवरे तरन्तस्य चक्रवाकस्येव प्लवनभावः सृज्यते। अस्य कोष्ठस्य उच्चता सर्पिलाकारेण परिवर्तते अतः उपविष्टे सति निजस्थानं भवति, उत्थाय तु सर्वं द्रष्टुं शक्यम्।

- Unique Properties
- It is a plan of a restaurant on the shore of a lake in a national park. The booth in the private room is shaped like a mandarin duck, and the space is like a bird resting its wings quietly in a pond. Indirect lighting is also installed at the counter of the open kitchen and at the feet of the table seats to create a floating feeling like a mandarin duck floating in a pond.

- Each booth was made of bent structural plywood and finished with a cloth that was glossy with natural light.
The lighting plan of the restaurant has a timer set, and the atmosphere changes from day to night. - Design Challenge
- Due to the restaurant in the national park, there were many restrictions on the materials and colors that could be used.
It was difficult to make a circular booth whose height changes. - Inspiration
- Various migratory birds visit the lake in front of the restaurant every season. It created the atmosphere of a bird resting its wings on a stage that juts out into the lake.
