The patch is a next-level wearable that sticks to the user’s forearm and collects sweat from one high-intensity workout to track fluid and sodium loss. Then, the Gx App—designed to help athletes optimize workouts and track long term progress—scans it all. Using that unique sweat profile, it recommends hydration and fueling strategies for the next time the activity is performed, helping athletes optimize their workout and recovery.
