शुक्लवर्णः दीप्तनीलवर्णश्च मूलवर्णौ स्तः, काष्ठसज्जीकरणैः सह। यद्यपि ओसाका-नगरे जापान-देशे स्थितम् अस्ति, तथापि अस्य स्थानस्य आन्तरिकसज्जा अमेरिकादेशस्य पश्चिमतटीय-प्रदेशस्य स्मरणं जनयति। कार्यालयकर्मचारिणां कृते कार्यालयं तत् स्थानं यत्र ते स्वकीयसमयस्य बहुलांशं व्यतीतयन्ति। अतः आवश्यकम् यत् कर्मचारिणां कृते तादृशं स्थानं प्रदीयते यत्र ते सुखेन आरामेण दक्षतया च कार्यं कर्तुं शक्नुवन्ति। यथा यदि ते श्रान्ताः भवन्ति तर्हि सोफायां कुर्स्यां वा विश्रामं कर्तुं शक्नुवन्ति, अथवा यदि तेषां गतिपरिवर्तनस्य आवश्यकता अस्ति तर्हि विश्रम्य प्रदत्तं पुस्तकं पठितुं शक्नुवन्ति। एतत् तनावरहितं स्वतन्त्रं च स्थानम् अस्ति। एतत् स्थानं कार्यं क्रीडां च निर्बाधरूपेण सम्मिश्रयति।

- The office, showroom, and business meeting spaces are not partitioned by walls, but are seamlessly connected to each other.
This creates a sense of unity in the space and makes it feel spacious despite the limited space. - Research
- The space is not only an office, but also a showroom and business meeting space, and is also a public space that is frequently visited by customers. The space is planned to be clearly separated from the rest of the building, while at the same time being a separate space. A continuous space that is not partitioned by walls and has three elements: office, showroom, and business meeting space.
