About Mountain Court Apartment आवासीय आन्तरिक अभिकल्पना
माउण्टेन कोर्ट अपार्टमेण्ट् इति हाङ्काङ्देशस्य होमन्टिन्-क्षेत्रे चतुर्णां सदस्यानां परिवारार्थं निर्मितं आवासीयं आन्तरिकं अभिकल्पनं वर्तते। मूलतः १९८५ तमे वर्षे निर्मितायां योजनायां द्वे शयनकक्षे आस्ताम्; नूतनायां योजनायां त्रीणि शयनकक्षाणि, प्रचुरं संग्रहस्थानं च प्रदत्तम् अस्ति। विवृतं पाकगृहं अतिथिसत्कारकार्येषु साहाय्यं करोति, पाकनकाले तत् आवृतं अपि कर्तुं शक्यते। द्विवक्रा कोव-छादनसंरचना प्रकाशं मृदुं करोति, भवनात् प्राप्तां न्यूनोच्छ्रायां छादनसमस्यां च सुखेन समाधत्ते। परिधौ स्थापितं प्रस्तरनिर्मितं भूतलं छादनसंरचनां प्रतिबिम्बयति, येन जीवनकक्षस्य भोजनकक्षस्य च सीमा स्पष्टतया निर्धार्यते। अनुकूलितं भोजनपीठं "फोरेस्सो" इति आयातितेन द्रव्येण निर्मितम् अस्ति, यत् प्रदर्शनतकस्य पृष्ठभागेन सह सुसङ्गतं कृतम्।

- Unique Properties
- The stone flooring perimeter also mimic the ceiling to identify the living and dining zoning
Master bedroom has been created into a relaxing environment with only B&O sound bar exposed for relaxing music and opportunity to view movies for some entertainment.
Contradi and Maxalto bedside lamp and tables are carefully selected to enhance this experiences
The bathroom design includes creating an shower walk thru into Japanese style bathtub
Italian Gessi sanitary has been chosen for extra wellness
Whilst the siblings are quite young the parents want them to share more time together whilst they are young and have the opportunity to enclosed it with movable partition for privacy as they gets older
Casalis Slumber pouffes matching Magis Rocky horse were carefully specified to match the Andrew Martin wall coverings to create a playful yet meaningful to the sibling as they love ponies

- Research
- Open plan living, enjoys wide open spaces, which is ideal for promoting the flow of air within the home and diffusing natural light through different living areas. With no walls or doors to act as barriers, both the breeze and sunlight from windows around your house can filter through uninterrupted.
- Inspiration
- The original layout of of this building by New World Development back in 1985 was 2 bedroom layout, the client is a family of 4 and requested 3 bedroom layout with plenty of storage.
The owner likes to entertain guests, so has planned the open kitchen design, there is also opportunity to enclosed the kitchen during cooking or family time.
A mixture of Maxalto bar chair , B&B Italia Husk and De Castelli furnishing provide a classic yet contemporary approach to the living and dinning space.
The building itself integrated light weight brick at the underside of the slab for soundproofing, in which the low ceiling was inherited from this building. The design approach of this is to create a double curve cove ceiling to smoothen out the lights onto the ceiling to create a natural blend of lighting. - Project Duration
