बिन्हाई-द्वितीय-उप इति तियानजिन्-नगरे स्थितं नेत्रपरीक्षाकेन्द्रम् अस्ति। आन्तरिकक्षेत्रं ३७३ वर्गमीटर-प्रमाणं व्याप्नोति, यत्र चिकित्सा-विपणन-कलात्मकतत्त्वानि सम्मिलितानि सन्ति। अग्रभागस्य आकृतिः सरला अस्ति, यस्मिन् गतिशीलवर्णपरिवर्तनानि दृश्यन्ते। संक्षिप्ताः चापाः आन्तरिकसंरचनया सह संयोज्य स्थानस्य रूपं निर्मान्ति। स्पष्टः संचरणमार्गः सीमितक्षेत्रस्य पूर्णोपयोगं करोति। द्वितीयतले परीक्षाकेन्द्रं स्थितम् अस्ति, यत्र विस्तृतरचना शान्तं मुक्तं च वातावरणं सृजति। सामग्रीषु काष्ठं, धातुनिर्मिताः छादनानि, हरितवनस्पतयः, विद्युदाहितनैनोकाचानि, अनुकूलितचर्मासनानि च समाविष्टानि सन्ति।
