केऍफ़आईसी-प्रधानकार्यालयः कुवैत्-देशे स्थितः, गृहसदृशकार्यपरिवेशरूपेण रचितः अन्तः अभिकल्पना-प्रकल्पः अस्ति। अन्तःसज्जायां प्राकृतिकद्रव्याणि, उष्णवर्णाः, सुविधाजनकं गृहोपकरणं, तथा कलाकृतयः, वनस्पतयः, पुस्तकानि च इत्यादिभिः वैयक्तिकस्पर्शैः युक्तम् अस्ति। विश्रामागाराणि, पाकागाराणि, विरामस्थानानि च इत्यादीनि सामुदायिकक्षेत्राणि सामाजिकसम्पर्कं सहकार्यं च समर्थयन्ति। पारम्परिकभित्तिनां स्थाने विशिष्टरूपेण निर्मितं शेल्फ़-रचना-अभिकल्पनम् क्षेत्रं विभजति, यत् सुनम्यं व्ययसाध्यं च समाधानं प्रदाति। दृढाङ्गसंतुलित-लेखनपीठाः, आसनानि, भाण्डागारसाधनानि च सुविधां समर्थयन्ति। मानसिकतनावस्य ह्रासः कार्यक्षमतायाः च वृद्धिः एव अस्य उद्देश्यम् अस्ति।

- The concept of “home-like” office design refers to creating a work environment that feels comfortable, cozy, and familiar, similar to the ambiance in one’s own home.

- We used a custom shelving design as a space divider instead of traditional walls to offer a flexible, functional, and cost-effective solution while also enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space.

- The design elements that contribute to a home-like office environment include the use of natural materials, warm colors, comfortable furnishings, and personal touches such as artwork, plants, and books. Additionally, the inclusion of communal spaces such as lounges, kitchens, and breakout areas encourages socialization and collaboration among employees.

- The project started in Jan 2022 in Torino and finished in July 2022 in Kuwait City.
