About Persian Peacock Ring कॉकटेल-अङ्गुलीयकम्
पारसीक-मयूर-अङ्गुलीयकं महिलानां कृते निर्मितं कॉकटेल-अङ्गुलीयकम् अस्ति। अस्य अभिकल्पनं मयूरात् प्रेरितम्, यः पारसीकपुराणकथासु स्वर्गस्य, राजत्वस्य, कुलीनतायाः सौन्दर्यस्य च प्रतीकः अस्ति। सजीवाः गतिशीलाश्च आकृतयः विभिन्नधातुवर्णैः रत्नैश्च संयोजिताः सन्ति। मरकतं नीलमणिश्च हरितनीलवर्णयोः मयूरस्य पिच्छानि प्रतिनिधीकुरुतः। इदम् अङ्गुलीयकं त्रिविमीयतन्त्रांशेन प्रतिरूपितं, मधूच्छिष्टे मुद्रितं, त्रिषु भागेषु च साक्षात् ढालितम्। रत्नानि सूक्ष्म-स्थापन-तन्त्रेण स्थापितानि सन्ति। शिरसः उपरिभागः नेत्रे च पीतसुवर्णेन लेपिते स्तः।

- Unique Properties
- Using organic and dynamic forms in the design. Combining different elements and shapes in design with different metal colour and gemstones.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Width and length of the piece from the top view are about 42mm.
Its weight is about 35 grams in sterling silver. - Tags
- Masterpiece, jewellery, high-end, gold, cad, fashion
- Production Technology
- Different software packages used for designing and 3D-modelling the ring. Then, it 3D-printed in wax and direct cast in three parts.
Finally, gemstones set on Hero ring by using Micro-setting technique. Top of the head and eyes plated in yellow gold. - Design Challenge
- Making a big cocktail ring in all steps is challenging. Making the high detailed and producible design on the computer, casting and mounting this piece was part of the challenge.

- Researching about the symbolic meaning of the peacock is Persian mythology.
- Inspiration
- Persian peacock ring inspired by the peacock. In Persian mythology, the peacock is a symbol of paradise, regality, nobility and beauty.
- Project Duration
- The project started in April 2019 and finished in May 2019.
- Operation Flow
- Using 3d modelling software packages and 3d-printing technology could help to achieve an accurate and high detailed design.
