ग्रन्थपाठः: मेघानाम् ऊर्ध्वे इति चीनदेशस्य फुजियान्-प्रान्ते पुचेङ्ग्-नगरे स्थितस्य पर्वतीय-विश्रामधामस्य गुरुयोजना अस्ति। स्थानमिदम् उच्चतमे प्रदेशे, मेघानां सामीप्ये विद्यते, अस्याश्च योजनायाः नाम तमेव परिवेशं सूचयति। मेघाकृतिभ्यः गृहीताः मृदवः प्रवाहशीलाः रेखाः अस्य अभिकल्पनस्य मार्गदर्शनं कुर्वन्ति। योजना प्रथमं विश्रामधामस्य विकासलक्ष्यानि स्थापनं च निर्दिशति। ततः योजना स्थानिकसंरचनां भूमिप्रयोगानां वितरणं च निर्धारयति, येन एकं समग्रं योजनास्वरूपं निर्मीयते। नगरयोजनायाः प्रामाणिकाः पद्धतयः नियमाश्च प्रयुक्ताः। इदं कार्यं दिवर्षकालेन (एकवर्षार्धाधिकेन) सम्पूर्णं कृतम्।

- The project is located in a mountainous area with a high altitude, as if it could touch the clouds at any time. Therefore, it was named above clouds, and the softness and streamline of the clouds also became the inspiration for the design.
