बेवर्ली रेसिडेंस उनि एकटा ओड़ाक् भितरी बानावट लेकिन हांगकांगेराक् हैप्पी वेलीरेयाৎ ठाहॆনায়। ओड़ाक् चান्दु ओड़ाक् चान्दु 130 वर्गमीटर साना, आर ओनাতে मेनাক्তাহ্কো এমাক् चापुड़ रूम, चান्दु जोमাওয়া ठান, रান্না ঘর, দ্যাসিং রুম আর সেন্গেল रूम. मिৎ राढ় हॉर्ऒ काड़ा दারু साজানো आढ़ार गेटরে आतু इसার ताहेন কানা. काড়ा दরওয়াজা आর पॉर्टाल आকো এলাকাকো हातাও তাহেন कানা, अते नक्शाकে জোড়া করে ओड়ॉक् তাহেন कানा. मিৎ खासकরে বানানো মার্বেল ফায়ারপ্লেস, বানানো ডিসপ্লে সেলফ্ আর খাসকরে বানানো কেদারকো এমাক् चापुड़ रूमাকে সাজায়েদ কানা. गरम टेक्सचার्ड रং, দারু साজিদ आर কালাকাত্তা ভায়োলা মার্বেল ইনি ওড়াক्রেয়াক् साज-साজানো जाहের কেদ। मूर्ति लेकाТए হারা সিংগেকো रूमকো টাঙ্গার হড় দেদ लाগিদ हातাও তাহেন কানা।

- Archways and portals is a strong motif in the apartment, subtly separating different areas. Custom marble fireplace, artfully crafted display shelves, and bespoke chairs bring a refined elegance to the living room. The kitchen features a delightful play of cabinets and countertop. Bedrooms and bathrooms strike a balance between functionality and aesthetic appeal. In the playroom, creativity brings forth a clutter-free haven, where its curated material palette fosters a warm, stylish ambiance.

The addition of sculptural plants throughout the spaces adds drama and verticality.

- The greatest challenge lay in how to meet diverse functional demands within a compact 130-square-meter space, while maintaining the design's distinctiveness and cohesion. It was challenging to ensure each space was both practical and seamlessly integrated into the overall aesthetic, especially in terms of spatial efficiency and stylistic consistency.

- Upon entering the apartment, one is greeted by a large black wooden architrave. Black archways and portals cleverly separate yet connect different areas smoothly. The living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and playroom are well organized, catering to daily living and bringing a cozy, diverse experience to the occupants.
