- Unique Properties
- Park Lane Complex reinterprets the Fuzhou lifestyle through a fresh design language. Defined by a sense of boundless nature at its core, it embodies the relaxed essence of Southeast Asian heritage. The space emphasizes the richness of experiential rhythms and cultivates tranquil, serene atmospheres, creating an elegant forest oasis hidden within the urban landscape of Fuzhou.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The demonstration complex has a total floor space of 2,070 square meters, comprising a 240-square-meter community lobby, a 460-square-meter sales center (to be converted into a 340-square-meter clubhouse in the future), and a 1,370-square-meter clubhouse.

- Production Technology
- The color scheme is inspired by the bright, tropical hues of the South Pacific, which have been softened to low-saturation, neutral, and warm base colors like beige and sophisticated gray. A subtle touch of antique bronze gold serves as a highlight to symbolize the depth of tropical rainforests and the refined elegance of colonial architecture.
- Design Challenge
- The covered walkway serves as the central design thread throughout the entire district, seamlessly connecting a series of homecoming spaces without being overbearing or interrupted. It ensures residents can return home sheltered from wind and rain while also allowing them to freely stroll and admire the landscaped beauty within the community in any weather.
- Research
- The design seamlessly blends Nanyang style with the philosophy of naturalist mansions, elevating spatial aesthetics beyond conventional Fuzhou standards. By integrating natural elements, ecological sensibilities, and spatial depth into the design, residents can authentically experience local Fuzhou culture.
- Inspiration
- The project design of the project draws heavily on the artistic design ethos, color palette, and spatial sequence of the iconic Brickell Hotel, blending it with the distinctive South Pacific cultural influences of the location. In contrast to the traditional extravagant sales environments of typical demonstration areas, it creates a refined, minimalist, and ceremonial hotel like atmosphere, offering future residents a promise of an elevated lifestyle that transcends the everyday, while embodying both a strong sense of belonging and reverence.
- Project Duration
- The project is located on Daoqi Road in Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China. As a high-end residential demonstration project within an urban renewal context, it features a total construction scale of 2,070 square meters.
- Operation Flow
- The thoughtfully designed Initiate Continue Turn-Conclude tour flow creates a layered emotional journey, progressing through the main lobby, light-and-shadow corridors, soaring lobby, and tranquil courtyard. Such carefully orchestrated sequence builds an emotional curve that culminates in the psychological experience of home is a resort.
