Unique Properties
Suntory Global Spirits has unveiled its first-ever House of Suntory experiential pop-up in partnership with Qatar Duty Free at Hamad International Airport.

Designed to immerse travellers in Japanese artistry and tradition, the pop-up combines modern design with cultural authenticity. The exterior takes inspiration from Machiya-style wood lattices, reinterpreted in a contemporary form as a nod to the company’s first shop in Japan.

Drawing on the heritage, the activation blends Machiya-inspired architecture with serene Ikebana displays to create a moment of calm within the airport. Through immersive storytelling, the space celebrates the harmony of tradition and innovation that defines Suntory’s whisky legacy.
