Unique Properties
The P300 is an industrial grade intelligent delivery robot, whose core strength lies in its out of the box extreme usability. Without requiring any modifications to existing facilities, users can independently complete the entire workflow, from startup and mapping to task dispatch, within ten minutes, fundamentally revolutionizing the traditional deployment model for industrial robots, which often takes weeks.

Production Technology
The most distinctive feature, the concealed interactive lighting, is realized through a dual layer process, the lighting panel uses matte engineering plastic consistent with the exterior shell, while the inner side employs laser micro perforated light guiding structures. This allows the panel to visually blend with the body when inactive, and emit uniform, clear status light when illuminated. The design balances an integrated body with a cohesive expression of technological sophistication.
Design Challenge
The key to achieving extreme usability lies in its highly open and customizable top platform, which supports non standard module integration and process customization, allowing the robot to be flexibly deployed according to business needs. The compact and streamlined body design enables smooth passage through narrow corridors as tight as 58cm, effortlessly crossing floor gaps or minor level differences, and directly adapting to existing layouts without requiring workflow adjustments.
Research
Utilizing high precision positioning algorithms and multi sensor fusion technology, the P300 attains repeatable positioning accuracy of ±1mm, reducing calibration needs and manual intervention and improving efficiency. Dual obstacle avoidance LiDAR and an RGBD depth camera work in synergy to build a 3D perception matrix, accurately detecting low lying obstacles and overhead blind spots. It features dynamic real time path adjustment, supporting efficient, safe, and unattended delivery operations.
Inspiration
The design goal was to create an industrial grade delivery tool as simple and easy to use as consumer electronics, encapsulating professional capabilities within a streamlined experience. Leveraging the extensively scenario validated standardized robot controller and software system developed by the company, it achieves high adaptability and reliability in both hardware and software design.
Project Duration
The project commenced in Shanghai in March 2024, was completed in Shanghai in May 2025, and was exhibited at CeMAT Shanghai 2025.
Operation Flow
After the robot circumnavigates the work area, the system automatically constructs an environmental map. Users then select pickup and delivery points on the map and assign tasks. Upon receiving instructions, the robot autonomously plans paths, avoids obstacles, and completes deliveries. All operations are performed via a touchscreen, where personified dynamic expressions, combined with voice prompts and external lighting, create an intuitive, concrete, and perceptive HMI experience.
