About Sorkhab پيڪنگنگ

سورخاب برائو صابن ويگن ۽ جانورن جي ظلم کان پاڪ اجزاء مان ٺهيل آهن. انهي سبب لاء، اهي پڪ ڪرڻ چاهيندا هئا ته پيڪنگنگ پڻ ان جي مواد جي نوعيت سان ٺهڪي اچي ٿي ۽ اهو ئي سبب آهي ته انهن ڪاٺ کي پنهنجي مکيه مواد طور چونڊيو. پيڪيج جي هموار خاڪا شايد خريد ڪندڙن کي پڪڙي سگهن ٿا. ڌيان، اڃا به وڌيڪ. اندر جي پروڊڪٽ (صابڻ) 100٪ ويگن مواد مان ٺهيل آهي، ان جو پيڪيج پڻ ان حقيقت کي بيان ڪري ٿو ته اهو ماحول دوست آهي. سڄو پيڪيج فرنيچر جي صنعت ۾ مليل ضايع ٿيل سخت ڪاٺ مان ٺهيل آهي. اهو ئي سبب آهي ته ڪاٺ کي ٻين جي مٿان چونڊيو ويو آهي.

Unique Properties: Since the product inside (soup) is made out of 100 % vegan materials, its package also conveys the fact that it is Eco-Friendly. The whole package is built out of the wasted hardwoods found in the furniture industry. That is one of the reasons why wood has been chosen over other materials.

Production Technology: The product was modeled with Rhino3D modeling software. The initial prototype was built by a Three-Axis CNC milling machine. To control the final manufacturing prices, the design is adjusted a bit, to the point that it is manufacturable by the rotary CNC milling machine. As for the eco-friendly approach, it's produced by wasted furniture industry hardwoods, they are all from Walnut, Beech, Ash, and Alder woods.
Design Challenge: Wood has been chosen as the main material to emphasize the product's nature as a vegan and animal cruelty-free cosmetic. Finding the best production method while having a reasonable price, was also a great challenge in this project.
Research: The fact that a growing number of people are gravitating towards Eco-Friendly materials and this cruelty-free and natural cosmetic product combination pushed the design research to focus on natural materials and sustainable ways of collecting and using them.
Inspiration: Being the ultimate source of inspiration, Nature played a crucial role in the process of the ideation stage. The organic shape of the wooden package was adopted from the curvature of the river stones, resulting in a smooth and sustainable design.
Project Duration: 2020 first quarter, Tehran, Iran.
Operation Flow: It has tried to involve the audience in three different levels. First, they will notice the unusual outlines of the product and may find the streamlining of it interesting and unique. Second, they grab it in their hands and feel the natural texture of the wood. And third, they might find it really easy to use when trying to open the lid and using the product inside. There are three inserted magnets installed in the wooden package for its closure means. To open the wooden case, you can simply detach the lid from the magnets and easily use the soup.
