About Sunboy Gift Box سج جي گلن جي ٻج جي پيڪيجنگ

سن بوائے گفٽ باڪس سج جي گلن جي ٻج جي نمڪين لاءِ ٺاهيل هڪ پيڪيجنگ ڊزائن آهي. هن گفٽ باڪس ۾ اسٽوانائي لوهي ٽين رکيل آهن، جيڪي ٻيهر استعمال ٿي سگهن ٿيون. ٻاهرين باڪس ناليدار (corrugated) ڪاغذ مان ٺهيل آهي، جيڪو ان جي بناوت کي مضبوط بڻائي ٿو ۽ ري سائيڪلنگ کي به آسان بڻائي ٿو. کولڻ واري بناوت کي نئين نموني ترتيب ڏنو ويو آهي، جنهن سبب باڪس کي گڏ ڪرڻ ۽ الڳ ڪرڻ تمام آسان آهي. ٽينون پاڻ ۾ ڀيڙيل ٿي هڪ، ٻن يا ٽن پرتن وارا ماڊيولر سيٽ ٺاهين ٿيون، جيڪو پيداوار جي نظر ايندڙ حصي کي وڌائي ٿو ۽ گڏوگڏ مواد جي بچت پڻ ڪري ٿو. ڇپيل منظر ڪاغذ ڪٽڻ (پيپر ڪٽ) واري انداز ۾ ٺاهيو ويو آهي، جنهن ۾ سن بوائے نالي هڪ ڪردار کي سج جي گلن جي فصل ۾ ڊوڙندي ڏيکاريو ويو آهي.

Unique Properties: The unique attribute is to redefine the opening structure of the outer packaging of sunflower seeds. Starting from the brand name, a vivid, interesting, and well-known logo is created. The packaging picture uses a paper-cut style to depict the "Sunboy" running happily in the sunflower field. The scene shows the natural health, warmth, and high quality of brand products, and the shaping of character IP enhances the brand's intangible assets.

Production Technology: The material of each cylinder box mainly uses an iron that can be reused. The gift box is made of corrugated paper which strengthens the structure and makes it easier to be recycled.
Design Challenge: To make a profound impression in consumers' mind, a brand's implication and its product's selling points must echo with on another when displayed on package. By buckling each other, one-layer, two-layer or three-layer modular assembly can be formed. The product has a large exposed area and saves material costs.
Research: We give the "Sunboy" brand a personalized spirit, and make the " Sunboy " relaxed, happy, affectionate and righteous; the functional application of the gift box is innovative, and the overall design is simple to assemble and separate, saving time and effort.

Inspiration: Sunboy is a well-known Chinese snack brand that focuses on Sunflower seed food. We give the "Sunboy" brand a personalized spirit, and make the "Sunboy" relaxed, happy, affectionate, and righteous; the functional application of the gift box is innovative, and the overall design is simple to assemble and separate, saving time and effort. By buckling each other, one-layer, two-layer or three-layer modular assembly can be formed. The product has a large exposed area and saves material costs.
Project Duration: The project lasts 2 month, designed in Shenzhen and produced in Bayannaoer, Neimenggu.
Operation Flow: How to save consumer's effort to look for an ideal product is the key challenge of this case. A distinctive symbol, a bright color, an explicit layout of info and a unitive serial system of package will help Wellmind to solve the problem, where consumers are able to recognize and pick up the products from far away.
