لوون مارس ولا جي فن تعمير ۽ اندروني ڊيزائن لاءِ ڪوارڪ چونڊيو ويو. پروجيڪٽ 14 جديد طرز جي ڳوٺن تي مشتمل آهي جيڪي استنبول ۾ هڪ خاموش، سامونڊي ڪناري واري پاڙي ۾ واقع آهن. هن پروجيڪٽ لاءِ ڪوارڪس ڊيزائن جو تصور گهٽ ۾ گهٽ جمالياتي ۽ آرام کي ضم ڪري ٿو ڳوٺ جي جاگرافيائي پوزيشن سان. ولا جي پوزيشن، مارمارا سمنڊ کي نظر انداز ڪندي، وڏيون ونڊوز سان گڏ، ايل اي ڊي ڪوو لائٽنگ ۽ اسپاٽ لائٽنگ هڪ اکين جي دوستانه داخلي پيش ڪري ٿي. ولا ۾ استعمال ٿيل گرم رنگ پيلٽ نامياتي مواد ۽ قدرتي بناوتن جي استعمال سان پورو ڪيو ويو آهي.

- Unique Properties
- Lovin Maris Villas Project consists of modern-style villas located in a quiet, seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. The project has a total building area of 5.346 sqm. The three-story villas provide exclusive indoor and outdoor areas for residents.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The project is consist of 14 villas of varying sizes in 3 different types on a land of 5.346 sqm.

- The project is currently being built by using both concrete and steel structure methods.
- Design Challenge
- Keeping the flow from indoor to outdoor as flawless as possible while structuring a strong sense of privacy as well.
- Research
- Lovin Maris Villas is nestled on Gurpinar district and Buyukcekmece coast of the European side of Istanbul. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara.
- Inspiration
- Quarks design concept for the project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials.
- Project Duration
- The project started in August 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey, and will be finished in 2023. Currently, it is under construction.
- Operation Flow
- Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor.
