About Majestic رهائشي گهر

هي عمارت هڪ ٻڪريءَ واري زمين تي بيٺي آهي، ٻئين منزل عوامي علائقو آهي، جنهن ۾ دروازو، رهائش ڪمرو، کاڌي جو ڪمرو، ۽ باورچي خانو شامل آهي، جڏهن ته پهرين منزل نجي علائقو آهي، جنهن ۾ جوڙي جو خواب گاهه ۽ ٻارن جو ڪمرو شامل آهي. جيئن مٿي ذڪر ڪيو ويو آهي، دروازو ٻئين منزل تي آهي، ۽ ڇاڪاڻ ته عمارت ٻڪريءَ تي آهي، ان ڪري عمارت جو اڳيون حصو هڪ منزله گهر وانگر نظر اچي ٿو. ٻاهرئين حصي کي قدرتي ڪاري سليٽ پٿر ۽ سنگ مرمر جهڙي ٽائلس سان ٻاهرئين ديوارن ۽ باهه تي تياري ڪئي وئي آهي، ۽ ڪاٺ جي جالي دار ڪم ۽ اڇي رنگ سان سينگاريو ويو آهي ته جيئن هڪ شاندار پر معتدل طور تي نرم ماحول پيدا ٿئي.

Unique Properties: This is a two-family house where different generations coexist.
It is a two-story, wood-frame building on a sloping site.
The entrance is on the second floor, which makes it look like a one-story house from the facade. The eaves are a maximum of 2 meters high, giving the house a strong presence.
The exterior walls are finished with black natural stone, creating an imposing facade design.

Design Challenge: The design process was extremely difficult because of the sloping site.It would not have been easy to solve all the problems such as the impact on the neighboring site, the ground improvement work plan, and the sunlight plan, and to create a building with a beautiful, functional, and universal appearance.
Research: This is a two-family house for an elderly mother and her two young children.
In order for people of different generations to be able to coexist, the zoning was devised in such a way that they share a living room while ensuring privacy for each other.
The mother's private room, living room, kitchen, and spacious tray are located on the second floor, where the entrance is located, in order to avoid stairs and other steps for the elderly mother as much as possible.
Inspiration: The building sits on a sloping site, with the entrance on the second floor, so from the façade it appears to be a one-story building. The exterior walls and fences are covered with natural slate stone and marble tiles, accented with wooden latticework and white paint, creating a design that is both stately and moderately soft.
The interior is a complete change from the exterior, with white and wood grain as the base colors, accented with glaze, creating a bright and fresh atmosphere.

Operation Flow: The entrance is on the second floor and serves as the main floor.The living room, dining room, and kitchen are seamlessly connected.The living room floor is two steps lower than the dining room and kitchen, and this difference in level sometimes functions as a bench.There is also a private room for the elderly mother, creating a space where all family members of different generations can relax.
