About Ryo آرم چيئر (ٻانهن واري ڪرسي)
ريو هڪ آرم چيئر آهي جيڪا هڪ واحد مسلسل شڪل ۾ ٺاهيل آهي. ان جون لهرون سيٽ کان پُٺي تائين هلن ٿيون ۽ هڪ اڻ کٽندڙ چڪر ٺاهين ٿيون. هن ڊيزائن جي شروعات ان سوال کان ٿي ته ڇا فرنيچر جو هڪ عام ٽڪرو وڌيڪ آزاد شڪل اختيار ڪري سگهي ٿو. پيچيده ٽه-طرفي سطح ٺاهڻ ڏکي هئي ۽ اها ڦهلجندڙ (اسٽريچ) ڪپڙي استعمال ڪري حاصل ڪئي وئي. هي آرم چيئر ويڪر ۾ 725 ملي ميٽر، اونهائي ۾ 730 ملي ميٽر ۽ اوچائي ۾ 800 ملي ميٽر آهي. ان جو ور کاڌل خول ان تي ويهندڙ ماڻهوءَ کي پنهنجي گهيري ۾ آڻي ٿو ۽ جاءِ ۾ هڪ مجسمي جهڙو عنصر شامل ڪري ٿو.

- From the seat to back, the undulations creates an uninterrupted loop.

- Production Technology
- Creating the shape of the tertiary surface proved extremely challenging. It was achieved by employing stretch fabric.
- Design Challenge
- Expressing the form of the cubic surface and realising it while utilising the engineers' skills proved extremely challenging. Through repeated discussions, we continued to seek the correct solution until completion was achieved.
- Inspiration
- This project began with the question: could we express the commonplace piece of furniture that is the armchair in a freer form? The idea expanded from the seat to back, the undulations creates an uninterrupted loop.

- The project started in Apr. 2020 in Tokyo and finished in Jan. 2021 in Tokyo, and was exhibited in Salone del Mobile in June 2022.
- Operation Flow
- This unique chair, which adorns the space, envelops those who sit upon it. It promises an experience unlike any other.
