مٿن ڪڪرن (Above the Clouds) چين جي فوجيان صوبي، پُوچينگ ۾ هڪ جبلي ريزارٽ لاءِ ماسٽر پلان آهي. ھي سائيٽ اوچائيءَ تي، ڪڪرن جي ويجهو واقع آهي، ۽ منصوبي جو نالو ان ئي پس منظر ڏانھن اشارو ڪري ٿو. ڪڪرن جي شڪلين مان ورتل نرم ۽ وهندڙ لڪيرون ھن ڊزائن جي رھنمائي ڪن ٿيون. منصوبي ۾ پھريان ريزارٽ لاءِ ترقياتي مقصد ۽ پوزيشننگ بيان ڪئي وئي آهي. ان کان پوءِ منصوبو ھڪ مڪمل ۽ ھڪجھڙي اسڪيم ٺاھڻ لاءِ جاءِ جي ترتيب ۽ زمين جي استعمال جي ورهاست کي بيان ڪري ٿو. معياري شھري منصوبابندي جا طريقا ۽ ضابطا لاڳو ڪيا ويا. ھي ڪم ھڪ ۽ اڌ سال جي عرصي ۾ مڪمل ڪيو ويو.

- The project is located in a mountainous area with a high altitude, as if it could touch the clouds at any time. Therefore, it was named above clouds, and the softness and streamline of the clouds also became the inspiration for the design.
