ميوزڪ پين ڪيپ ست کان ٻارهن سالن جي عمر جي ٻارن پاران استعمال ٿيندڙ واٽر ڪلر پينن لاءِ پين جي ٽوپين جو هڪ سيٽ آهي. هر ٽوپي هڪ الڳ آواز پيدا ڪري ٿي، تنهنڪري سڀ ٻارهن ٽوپيون گڏجي هڪ سادي موسيقي واري اسڪيل ٺاهينديون آهن. آواز پيدا ڪندڙ نقطن جي ٿولهه مختلف آهي، ۽ مٿاڇرو رنگين ڪري ورنش جي هڪ تهه سان مڪمل ڪيو ويو آهي. هڪ اڀريل ٽِپ ٽوپي کي آڱوٺي سان مٿي رکڻ يا لاهڻ جي سهولت ڏئي ٿي. هي ڊزائن پين جي ٽوپين جي گم ٿيڻ کي گھٽائڻ ۽ رنگ ڀرڻ ۾ دلچسپي کي جاري رکڻ جو مقصد رکي ٿو. ٿورڙي مقدار ۾ پيداوار لاءِ فوٽو حساس رزين ۾ ڇاپي سگهجن ٿيون، جڏهن ته وڏي پيماني تي پيداوار لاءِ پولي پروپيلين يا اي بي ايس پلاسٽڪ ۾ ٺاهي سگهجن ٿيون.

Unique Properties: It's a set of pen cap that can produce different sound levels.
This product is mainly aimed at children aged 7 to 12. As the first choice for children to draw, However, that fact that the misplacing and discarding of watercolor pen without cover after use up troubles people. Our product optimize the cover of watercolor pen.It can be served as musical instrument with the combination of tumbler pen cap and gamut. our products not only have longer service life but also increased various functions.
Dimensions & Packaging: Its dimension is 18*18*53(mm).

Production Technology: In the design of the pen cap, we use a special color material with different thickness.Colour the surface of the Pen Cap and add a coat of varnish.Small quantities can be processed using 3D printing techniques using photosensitive resin materials. When mass production is determined, PP or ABS plastic materials can be used for batch production using molds.
Design Challenge: The process of turning thinking into design.
Research: I observe and think about the way people use products in their life, and try to find the behavior or emotional transition between people subconsciously. Then, I will have subliminal emotional reinforcement conducive to product experience, and bring people suitable and novel products.I believe that products designed in accordance with people's subconscious can not only meet people's use habits, but also make people feel that such novel experience can resonate.
Inspiration: Pen and the pen cap are always used together, "Tumbler" pen cap combines the design of scale through visual sense, tactile sensation and auditory sense to redefine a new way of communication, to let people rethink the meaning of "paint". The tip of the cap will jut out, so you can use your thumb to push it with less energy and you can also easily unload or put on it. In the design of the pen cap, we use a special color material with different thickness.
Project Duration: The project began in Macau in January 2019 and was completed in Macau in April 2019.
Operation Flow: The Music Pen Cap is arranged according to the different collocation of colors. When the pencil lightly crosses,some different tones of crisp sweet music will come out. According to the different thickness of the pronunciation point, 12 pens will have 12 different caps with different colors. The "music" pen cap can not only exercise the player's patience,stimulating their auditory development, developing their perception of music, and maintaining their interest in painting.
