About Folded 01 کائڻ واري ڪرسي
فولڊيڊ 01 هڪ کائڻ واري ڪرسي آهي. سيٽ ۽ پٺي خام ايلومينيم جي هڪ ئي شيٽ مان ٺاهي وئي آهي، جيڪا هٿ سان موڙي وئي آهي. موڙيل شڪل ڪرسي کي مضبوطي ڏئي ٿي ۽ هڪ قدرتي موڙ وارو اثر پيدا ڪري ٿي جيڪو آرام وڌائي ٿو. ايلومينيم شيٽ هڪ رنگين اسٽيل فريم تي لڳل آهي، جيڪا هڪ نازڪ رنگ جي تفصيل مهيا ڪري ٿي. ڊيزائن هڪ چوڪور ڪاغذ جي نوٽ جي موڙڻ کان متاثر ٿي، جيڪا موڙڻ کان پوءِ مضبوط ٿي وڃي ٿي. ڪرسي جي ويڪر 450 ملي ميٽر، اونهائي 500 ملي ميٽر ۽ اوچائي 800 ملي ميٽر آهي. مقصد گهٽ ۾ گهٽ ظاهري شڪل سان شيءِ جي جوهر ڏانهن موٽڻ هو.

- Unique Properties
- Folded 01 is the latest design by Erno Dierckx.By experimenting with production methods a dinningchair was born.
Erno Dierckx tries to challenge the way excitingchairs are constructed and goes back to the essence of the product. The object has a minimalistic yet sophisticated look. The chair consists out of honestand durable materials with a subtle color detail. - Dimensions & Packaging

- Production Technology
- The chair consist out of a hand bended aluminum sheet. The raw material is combined with a coloured steel frame.
- Design Challenge
- The main challenge was te find a reliable folding technique with a minimal and beautiful appearance
- Inspiration
- The idea started while playing with a post-it note used to right down ideas. By folding the square sheet a rigid shape arises. This technique was used to construct a chair. The folded chair consists out of a raw aluminum sheet bend by hand and mounted on a colored steel frame.
- Project Duration
- Project started Februari 2018 in Antwerp Belgium and finished november 2019. First time exhibited Contemporary design fair Brussels.
- Operation Flow
- Folded 01 is a dinning chair made out of a single sheet raw aluminum. The folding technique gives the chair the needed comfort and has a natural bending effect
