East Sea විලා අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම පිළිබඳව
ඊස්ට් සී යනු එකම වහලක් යටතේ ජීවත් වන පරම්පරා තුනකින් යුත් පවුලක් සඳහා නිර්මාණය කරන ලද විලා අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුමකි. විවිධ යුගවල උපත ලැබූ පුද්ගලයන්ගේ ජීවන පුරුදුවලට මෙම අභ්‍යන්තරය ප්‍රතිචාර දක්වන අතර, පවුලේ අන්‍යෝන්‍ය සන්නිවේදනය සඳහා පොදු අවකාශයක් නිර්මාණය කරයි. සමමිතික සැලසුම, කඳු හා ගංගා දර්ශන පසුබිම්, දැල් ආකාරයෙන් සකසන ලද වායු සමීකරණ නිකුත්වීම් ස්ථාන සහ නිදහස් ශෛලියේ බුරුසු චිත්‍ර ඇතුළුව සම්ප්‍රදායික චීන අංග මෙහි භාවිතා කර ඇත. ප්‍රධාන ද්‍රව්‍ය ලෙස ලී කඳන් සහ අළු පැහැති කිරි ගල් (marble) යොදාගෙන ඇත. දූෂක ද්‍රව්‍ය සීමා කිරීම සඳහා ලී මතුපිට වැක්ස් හෝ තෙල් ආලේපනයකින් පමණක් නිමා කර ඇත. මෙම විලාව මහල් තුනකින් යුතුව මුළු වර්ග මීටර් 420ක භූමි ප්‍රමාණයක් ආවරණය කරයි.

East Sea විලා අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම යනු A' Design Award යකඩ සම්මානය දිනූ නිර්මාණයකි; හොඳින් නිර්මාණය කළ කෘතිවලින් අපේක්ෂිත වෘත්තීය සහ කාර්මික අවශ්‍යතා සපුරාලන හොඳ නිර්මාණ සඳහා පිරිනමන ගෞරවනීය පිළිගැනීමකි. යකඩ ජයග්‍රාහී නිර්මාණ ඒවායේ නිර්මාණකරුවන්ගේ මහත් දක්ෂතාව, ඉහළ විශේෂඥතාව, විශේෂඥ අවබෝධය සහ නිර්මාණශීලී හැකියාව පෙන්වයි. East Sea විලා අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම ඉහළින් අගය කරන, ප්‍රශංසා කරන සහ ආදරය කරන ප්‍රායෝගික සහ නවීන නිර්මාණයක් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ. East Sea විලා අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුම එහි සවිස්තරාත්මකභාවය වෙනුවෙන් ගෞරවයට පාත්‍ර වන අතර ජීවන ගුණාත්මකභාවය වැඩිදියුණු කර ලෝකය වඩා හොඳ තැනක් කිරීමට උපකාරී වන ලෙස නිර්මාණය කර ඇත.

- අනන්‍ය ලක්ෂණ
- The villa is designed for a family with three generations in the same roof. It meets the living habits of people born in different eras and create a communication space for the family living together.
- මානයන් සහ ඇසුරුම්කරණය
- With a total building area of 420 square meters, the villa has three stories. The owner live with their parents and a child. The villa provides a quiet studying room for the child and enough storing space for the grandparents.

- නිෂ්පාදන තාක්ෂණය
- The main materials used in this project are logs and gray marble. The logs are mainly used for environmental protection. In addition, the logs will look more and more beautiful after years of using since it will interact with the air to produce cytoplasm. The cost of logs is relatively high, which is suitable for the homeowner who will not replace the house in the short term after decoration, and they plan to live here for at least fifteen years. Compared to composite boards, logs are more environmentally friendly and more durable.
- නිර්මාණ අභියෝගය
- The biggest challenge in the project is how to solve the environmental protection problem. Most modern decoration materials are made of composite materials, which is very likely to cause pollutants. It is easy to exceed standards and endanger health. While in this villa, all the wood products are made of wood with wax directly painted on the logs. Even the solid wood floors are only oiled. The final environmental protection test was up to standard.

- In order to design a good residential project, it is necessary to respect the client's living habits, to understand the client's life as best as possible, and to communicate fully with the dweller. The priority of home design is to solve the living needs and provide a comfortable living environment for client.
- ආශ්වාදනය
- The project is inspired by Chinese lifestyle and the aesthetics in traditional Chinese culture. The villa adopts traditional Chinese architectural elements, such as natural mountain and river landscape background, symmetrical structure, Chinese grilled air conditioning outlets and freehand brushwork paintings.

- The project started in June 2018 and finished in November 2019 in Shanghai China.
