About Ormankoy Community Centre ප්‍රජා මධ්‍යස්ථානය
ඕර්මන්කෝයි ප්‍රජා මධ්‍යස්ථානය තුර්කියේ ඉස්තාන්බුල් නගරයේ පිහිටි පොදු ගොඩනැගිල්ලකි. ලී කවචයක් ප්‍රජා මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ ලක්ෂණය නිර්වචනය කරන අතර, පුළුල් වීදුරු මුහුණත් අභ්‍යන්තර අවකාශයන් අවට වනාන්තරයට විවෘත කරයි. වානේ රාමු ව්‍යුහයක් සුවිශේෂී හැඩය නිර්මාණය කරන අතර, පිහිනුම් තටාක අවකාශයට ඉහළින් මීටර් 18 කට වඩා විහිදෙන කොන්ක්‍රීට් බාල්ක මත රඳා පවතී. විවිධ මට්ටම්වල පිහිටි ජීව විද්‍යාත්මක තටාක දෙකක් වර්ග මීටර් 4000 ක් ආවරණය කරන අතර, වන ජීවීන් සහ සුරතල් සතුන් ආරක්ෂා කිරීම සඳහා තද රසායනික ද්‍රව්‍ය භාවිතයෙන් වැළකී ඇත. වනාන්තරයේ ඍතු මෙන්, ලී ආවරණය කාලයත් සමඟ වර්ණය සහ වයනය වෙනස් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ.

Ormankoy Community Centre ප්‍රජා මධ්‍යස්ථානය යනු A' Design Award ප්ලැටිනම් සම්මානය දිනූ නිර්මාණයකි; සැබවින්ම අසාමාන්‍ය, අලංකාර සහ භව්‍ය නිර්මාණ සඳහා පිරිනමන අතිශය ගෞරවනීය පිළිගැනීමකි. ප්ලැටිනම් ජයග්‍රාහී නිර්මාණ යනු නිර්මාණයේ ආශ්චර්යයන් සහ බුද්ධිමය නිර්මාණශීලිත්වයේ සීමාවන්ට සාක්ෂි වන අතර නිර්මාණකරුවන්ගේ අසමසම වෘත්තීයභාවය සහ දක්ෂතාව පෙන්වයි. Ormankoy Community Centre ප්‍රජා මධ්‍යස්ථානය අති උත්කෘෂ්ටත්වයක් පෙන්වන අතර තම ප්‍රයෝජනවත් ගුණාංග මගින් ලෝකය වඩාත් හොඳ තැනක් කරයි. - Unique Properties
- Wooden shell forms the building's characteristics. Wide glazed façades expand the indoor spaces to nature.
Within the project area there are 2 ponds in different levels. Water quality of both ponds intended to be potable water. The use of hard chemicals has been avoided to ensure the safety of the guest's pets as well as the surrounding wildlife.
Wooden claddings which is expected to change its colour and texture in time - as seen in the seasonal changes of the forest- are used both in indoor and outdoor façades. - Tags

- Steel frame structure is what gives the unique shape of the building. From ground to 3rd basement levels, steel structure sits on concrete beams which spans over 18 meters above pool space.
- Inspiration
- Design is an abstraction of surrounding natural environment.
It's aimed to establish an intersection between Ormankoy Community Centre and the surrounded natural park with addition of biological pond which is 4000 sqm in size.
Compared to the natural park level, project building is located on the peak of the land which gives the opportunity of both to see and comprehend the natural park better and also to be seen and comprehended at the same time. - Project Duration
