කිනබාලු කන්ද උතුරු බෝර්නියෝ හි පිහිටා ඇත. සම්පූර්ණ නිර්මාණය සඳහා ආභාසය පෘථිවි වර්ණයෙන් යුත් වර්ණාලේපයෙන් ලැබුණු අතර එය උණුසුම් හා සන්සුන් බැවින් ද්රව්යය තෝරා ගන්නා ලදී. විශේෂාංග බිත්තිය Kinabalu කන්දෙන් එකතු කරන ලද ස්වාභාවික පාෂාණ භාවිතා කරයි, සිවිලිමෙන් ආලෝක ආලෝකය වැඩි දියුණු කිරීමත් සමඟ, එය පාෂාණයේ වයනය පැහැදිලිව පෙන්නුම් කරයි. ගල් හා දැව සංයෝජනය සමගිය සමතුලිතතාවයක් ඇති කරයි. ගෘහ භාණ්ඩවල විස්තර සුඛෝපභෝගී සහ සුඛෝපභෝගීත්වය සංකේතවත් කිරීම සඳහා සම් සහ රන් නිමාව භාවිතා කරයි.

Dining on 54 බහුකාර්ය අවකාශය යනු A' Design Award ලෝකඩ සම්මානය දිනූ නිර්මාණයකි; නිර්මාණශීලිත්වය, දක්ෂතාව සහ තීක්ෂ්ණ බුද්ධියෙන් කැපී පෙනෙන විශිෂ්ට නිර්මාණ සඳහා පිරිනමන අතිශය ගෞරවනීය පිළිගැනීමකි. ලෝකඩ ජයග්‍රාහී නිර්මාණ ප්‍රමාණවත් ලෙස දක්ෂ සහ කැපී පෙනෙන ලෙස නිර්මාණශීලී කෘති වන අතර නිර්මාණකරුවන්ගේ පුළුල් අත්දැකීම්, පරිකල්පනය සහ සම්පත්දායකත්වය තහවුරු කරයි. Dining on 54 බහුකාර්ය අවකාශය ඉහළින් අගය කරන, ප්‍රශංසා කරන සහ ආදරය කරන දෙයක් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ, කැපී පෙනෙන ලෙස වෘත්තීය සහ නවීන. - අනන්‍ය ලක්ෂණ
- Earth-toned color palette and material was selected as it is warm and serenity. The feature wall uses the natural rock from Mount 'Kinabalu', with the enhancing of lighting illumination from ceiling, it does clearly shows the texture of the rock. The combination with stone and timber creates the balance of harmony. While the details for the furniture uses leather and gold finishing to symbolize luxury and deluxe.

- Besides choosing Mount Kinabalu rock as feature wall, chevron wooden texture also applied to intrigue the the sight within the atmosphere. More than that, gold stainless steel inlay also applied to smoothen the eyesight. The bronze ceiling design used spray paint coating finishes combine with hanging feature and topography to create the Wow- factor.

- The design inspiration came from the most recognizable symbol of mountain which located in Northern Borneo. Whereas the topography of the Mount Kinabalu has become the highlights within the atmosphere. A picturesque of scenery could be found from the full height window glass in dawn.

- The project started in May 2021 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The expected date of completion- End of 2022

- Experience a gathering room for families and friends to bond relationship. From the parlour to the dining table, it is a multi-functional space where residents and visitors allow to gaze movies, play board games, having potluck dinner etc.
