කාර්යාල සංදර්ශක ආදර්ශ කාමරය ගොඩනැගිල්ලේ 24 වන මහලේ පිහිටා ඇති අතර පුළුල් දර්ශනයක් සහ කඳු සහ මුහුදේ පරිදර්ශක දසුනක් ඇත. කාර්යාල අවකාශය මුහුදේ නිල් පැහැය මත පදනම් වී ඇති අතර වෙනත් වර්ණවලින් සරසා ඇති අතර, කාර්යාල අවකාශය සැහැල්ලුවෙන් සහ සුවපහසු වේ. ඇලුමිනියම් වැඩිපුරම භාවිතා වන්නේ අභ්යවකාශයේය. ඇලුමිනියම් විවිධ ආකාර, මතුපිට වයනය සහ වර්ණ හරහා ද්රව්යවල විවිධත්වය සහ පොහොසත් බලපෑම පිළිබිඹු කරයි. එය අභ්යවකාශය ස්ථරවලින් පොහොසත් වන අතර නවීනත්වය පිළිබඳ හැඟීමක් පිළිබිඹු කරයි.

The project is positioned as a high-end business complex, providing modern office space for international headquarters enterprises. The office display model room is located on the 24th floor of the building, with a wide view and a panoramic view of mountains and seas. The office space takes the blue of the sea as the keynote and adds other colors to make it easy and comfortable.

The design aims to redefine the relationship between people, workplaces, space, and time, so that each system is like a cosmic galaxy, circulating and coexisting independently.

- People can choose when, where, and how to work, and autonomy and flexibility in their work are the value points of our design. The day's work is no longer limited to fixed workstations, but in a dynamic and flowing form, constantly giving new vitality to the meaning of office work. The purpose of design is to create a space where all office workers can communicate and collaborate flexibly, because in the future, work is defined as a state of mind, not just a workplace.
