Promotion ආහාර ගැනීමේ පුටුවක් පිළිබඳව
Promotion යනු උතුරු ඇමරිකානු කළු වෝල්නට් ලීයෙන් නිර්මාණය කරන ලද ආහාර ගැනීමේ පුටුවකි. මෙම නිර්මාණය ලීයේ අග්‍ර කැබැල්ල (end grain) මගින් ආභාෂය ලබා ඇති අතර, එහි මතුපිට වෘක්ෂ වළල්ල් මගින් සලකුණු වී ඇත. කුඩා අග්‍ර කැබැල්ල හතරැස් කැබලි එකට සම්බන්ධ කර චෙස් පුවරුවකට සමාන රටාවක් නිර්මාණය කර ඇත. විශේෂයෙන් සකස් කරන ලද මෝටිස් හා ටෙනන් (mortise and tenon) ව්‍යුහයක් මගින් හැඩය සරලව තබාගෙන රාමුවේ ස්ථායීතාවය පවත්වා ගනී. නිෂ්පාදනයේදී CNC කැටයම් තාක්ෂණය භාවිතා කර ඇති අතර, මතුපිට ලී මැවුම් තෙල් (wood wax oil) මගින් අවසන් අලංකරණය කර ඇත. විවිධ කෝණවලින් කපන ලද කොටස් මගින් මෘදු ආලෝක හා සෙවණැලි ප්‍රභාවක් නිර්මාණය වේ. මෙම පුටුව අවන්හල්, නිවාස සහ විවේකාගාර සඳහා සුදුසු වේ.

- The challenge is to keep the whole structure stable with a simple shape. To make it, the product has a customized mortise and tenon structure to keep the structure stable and add some decors to details. Sections with different angles present various light and shadow effects, presenting a profound feeling and soft reflective effect.

- If its end grain seat is compared to a chess board, this simple chair can be seen as a pawn with no dramatic shape. But even a pawn, as long as he keeps going, can become a bishop, a knight, a castle, or even a queen when he reaches the end line, which is called Promotion.
- ආශ්වාදනය
- The product is inspired by the end grain (tree ring) of wood with unique touch and texture, unlike the section of conventional wood furniture. This Promotion chair is made of small end grain squares putting together in order with the customized mortise and tenon structure presenting the aesthetic feeling of chessboard, standing out from conventional wood furniture.
