Kirin Island ප්‍රදර්ශන මධ්‍යස්ථානය පිළිබඳව
කිරින් අයිලන්ඩ් යනු චීනයේ ෂැන්ඩොං පළාතේ ජිනිං නගරයේ පිහිටි ප්‍රදර්ශන මධ්‍යස්ථානයකි. මෙම ගොඩනැගිල්ල කාර්මික උද්‍යානයක පළමු අදියර ලෙස සැලසුම් වී ඇත. මුල් අවධියේදී මෙම මධ්‍යස්ථානය සැලසුම් ප්‍රදර්ශන සහ ආයෝජන ප්‍රවර්ධනය සඳහා භාවිතා කරන අතර, පසුව අවට පොදු අවකාශයට සම්බන්ධ වූ නාගරික ප්‍රදර්ශන ශාලාවක් බවට පත්වනු ඇත. නිර්මාණය වටකුරු අහසක් සහ හතරැස් පොළොවක් යන සංකල්පය අනුගමනය කරන අතර, ඒ අනුව හතරැස් ගොඩනැගිල්ලක් තුළ වටකුරු මිදුලක් පිහිටා ඇත. මීටර් 18.6 ක පරතරයක් සහිත රාමු-කම්පන බිත්ති (frame-shear wall) ව්‍යුහයක් මගින් කණු රහිත අභ්‍යන්තර අවකාශයක් නිර්මාණය කර ඇත. උතුරු සහ දකුණු පැතිවල මීටර් 10.3 ක නෙරා යාම් මගින් අර්ධ එළිමහන් ප්‍රදේශ සෑදී ඇත.

Kirin Island ප්‍රදර්ශන මධ්‍යස්ථානය යනු A' Design Award රිදී සම්මානය දිනූ නිර්මාණයකි; ඉහළම පෙළේ, සුන්දර සහ ආකර්ශනීය නිර්මාණ සඳහා පිරිනමන අසාමාන්‍ය ලෙස ගෞරවනීය පිළිගැනීමකි. රිදී ජයග්‍රාහී නිර්මාණ අතිශය දීප්තිමත් සහ ඉතා නිර්මාණශීලී කෘති වන අතර නිර්මාණකරුවන්ගේ විශිෂ්ට විශේෂඥතාව, දක්ෂතාව සහ සියුම් බුද්ධිය පෙන්වයි. - The project is the first phase of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Industrial Park of Jining High-tech District, which will be used for planning exhibition and investment promotion of the industrial park in early stage, and transformed to be an urban exhibition hall integrated into the surrounding public space in later stage. Put forward six design concepts:" Round and Square, Axial Symmetry, A Floating Box, Kylin-Like Exterior, Integration of space and Beyond the Bounds".

- The building is a frame-shear wall structure,with a north-south overhang of 10.3m and a span of 18.6m between the two traffic cores in the middle. The long-span structure realizes a pillar-less indoor space and creates a broad and through overall space. The far-reaching overhangs on the north and south sides create a semi-outdoor activity space for the public.

- The building is a frame-shear wall structure, with a north-south overhang of 10.3m and a span of 18.6m between the two traffic cores in the middle. The design and construction of large span concrete structures need to overcome many design difficulties and innovative implementation. Local culture is integrated into the design. Other decorative elements are excluded except Kirin scales to emphasize simpleness of the facade and material texture. The curtain wall design needs to solve many technical problems of oblique support and division.

- The project is located in Jining, Shandong Province, occupying a superior geographical location surrounded by residential and commercial office areas with complete transportation and supporting facilities. To make full use of street corners and surrounding resources, the build is designed to be a cuboid from the macro perspective of urban design, and realizes good orientation and visibility at all interfaces through lifting, twisting, protruding, retreating and overhanging.

- The design of the project focuses on the culture of Jining, the Hometown of Confucius and Mencius, the City of the Grand Canal, and reinterprets traditional regional elements by modern techniques to create a modern and simple architectural form with regional characteristics.

- The project started in November 2020 and finished in October 2021 in Jining City, Shandong Province, China.
- ක්‍රියාකාරී ප්‍රවාහය
- The design is based on the relationship between "round sky and square earth" to create a "square" building with a "round" courtyard to achieve a pure and quiet atmosphere. The project realized regional expression with modern formal language, restrained structure, space and materials, and rebuilt the relationship between tradition, nature, architecture and human. It has become a focal point of the region, and the first business card of Kylin Island of Jining High-tech District.
