Para Warji නිර්මාණය කරන ලද්දේ නිවාරණය ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීම සහ සන්සුන් හා ආරක්ෂිත දෛනික ජීවිතයක් වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම සඳහා වූ සංකල්පයක් වශයෙනි.
