Urban Serenity යනු තායිපේ නගරයේ පිහිටි වර්ග මීටර් 96ක නිවාසයක් සඳහා නිර්මාණය කරන ලද අභ්‍යන්තර සැලසුමකි. මෙම සැලසුම, පවුලේ සාමාජිකයින් අතර අන්තර්ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වයට සහාය වන පරිදි පොදු ප්‍රදේශ විවෘත හා සමගාමී ලෙස එකට සම්බන්ධ කරයි. විසිත්ත කාමරයේ තිරස් රාක්ක සවි කර ඇති අතර, භෝජන කුටියේ බිත්තිය කෘත්‍රිම ගල් ද්‍රව්‍යවලින් නිම කර ඇත. අළු පැහැති ලී වර්ණ, සුදු අංග හා විවිධාකාර වයනයන් සමඟ ඒකාබද්ධ කර ඇති අතර, ආලෝකකරණය මගින් ආලෝකය හා සෙවනැල්ල අතර සියුම් ස්ථර නිර්මාණය කරයි. රූපවාහිනී කැබිනට්ටුව වැනි අංග සඳහා භාවිත කර ඇති අභිරුචි ගබඩා පහසුකම් හා සැහැල්ලු ද්‍රව්‍ය, පෞද්ගලික ප්‍රදේශ ශාන්ත ලෙසත් අවකාශය විවෘත ලෙසත් පවත්වා ගැනීමට උපකාරී වේ.
