Outside In නිවස පිළිබඳව
Outside In යනු නවීන නාගරික ජීවන රටාව සඳහා සාම්ප්‍රදායික ඉරාන අභ්‍යන්තර මිදුල සංකල්පය නැවත අර්ථකථනය කරන නිවසකි. වර්ග මීටර් 220ක භූමි ප්‍රමාණයක් මත ඉදිකරන ලද මහල් තුනකින් යුත් මෙම නිවස, වර්ෂය පුරාම ජීවන අවකාශයක් ලෙස සේවය කරන, පැළෑටි වලින් වට වූ මධ්‍යගත වීදුරු ඝනකයක් වටා සංවිධානය කර ඇත. මෙම මිදුල සිරස් හා තිරස් අතට විහිදෙන අතර, ඩුප්ලෙක්ස් සැලසුමකින් මහල් එකිනෙකට සම්බන්ධ කරයි. ඉදිරිපස Abbas Abad ගල් වලින් ආවරණය කර ඇති අතර, බිම්මට්ටම මාබල් වලින්ද, දොරවල් ස්වාභාවික දැවයෙන්ද නිර්මාණය කර ඇති අතර, තාප විච්ඡේදන ජනෙල් බලශක්ති කාර්යක්ෂමතාවයට සහාය වේ. මෙම සැලසුම සංයුක්ත නිවසක් තුළ දිවා ආලෝකය හා වාතාශ්‍රය වැඩිදියුණු කරයි.

Outside In නිවස යනු A' Design Award ලෝකඩ සම්මානය දිනූ නිර්මාණයකි; නිර්මාණශීලිත්වය, දක්ෂතාව සහ තීක්ෂ්ණ බුද්ධියෙන් කැපී පෙනෙන විශිෂ්ට නිර්මාණ සඳහා පිරිනමන අතිශය ගෞරවනීය පිළිගැනීමකි. ලෝකඩ ජයග්‍රාහී නිර්මාණ ප්‍රමාණවත් ලෙස දක්ෂ සහ කැපී පෙනෙන ලෙස නිර්මාණශීලී කෘති වන අතර නිර්මාණකරුවන්ගේ පුළුල් අත්දැකීම්, පරිකල්පනය සහ සම්පත්දායකත්වය තහවුරු කරයි. Outside In නිවස ඉහළින් අගය කරන, ප්‍රශංසා කරන සහ ආදරය කරන දෙයක් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ, කැපී පෙනෙන ලෙස වෘත්තීය සහ නවීන. Outside In නිවස අවශ්‍යතා විශිෂ්ට ලෙස සපුරයි, ආශාවන් ස්පර්ශ කරයි, හැඟීම් වශීකරණය කරයි සහ කුතුහලය අවදි කරයි.

- The project reimagines the traditional Iranian courtyard in modern architecture, focusing on livability and connection to open spaces. On a 220 sqm plot with urban constraints, the design integrates a central glass cube surrounded by greenery, serving as a year-round living space. The yard extends vertically and horizontally, linking floors and incorporating a duplex layout. This Outside in approach revitalizes the courtyard as a central functional element in compact urban homes.
- මානයන් සහ ඇසුරුම්කරණය
- This 23,000 mm deep, 10,000 mm wide, and 14,200 mm high house spans three floors above the ground level. Occupying 230 square meters, 70percent of the space is dedicated to the building's volume, while the remaining area integrates a yard that seamlessly extends throughout the entire project, blending indoor and outdoor spaces harmoniously.
