Wood and Tree පෝස්ටරය පිළිබඳව
Wood and Tree යනු ජපානයේ ටෝකියෝ නුවර පැවති ගෘහ නිර්මාණ සම්මන්ත්‍රණයක් සඳහා නිර්මාණය කරන ලද පෝස්ටරයකි. සම්මන්ත්‍රණයේ තේමාව වූයේ නවීන ගෘහ නිර්මාණ ශිල්පයේ දී සම්භාව්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍යයක් වන දැව නව ලෙස භාවිත කිරීමයි. මෙම පෝස්ටරය ගස් වළලු පිළිබඳ සම්භාව්‍ය චිත්‍රයක් අනුකරණය කිරීමට නවීන චිත්‍රක භාෂාවක් භාවිත කරයි. විවිධ ගණන්, ඝණකම, වක්‍රතාව සහ වර්ණවලින් යුත් රේඛා පරීක්ෂා කර රටාව සකස් කරන ලදී. ප්‍රතිඵලය ව්‍යුහයෙන් ගණිතමය වුවද, ස්වාභාවික සුන්දරත්වය පවතී. පෝස්ටරයේ ප්‍රමාණය මිලිමීටර් 210 x 297 කි. එය ප්‍රවේශ මාර්ගයක ප්‍රදර්ශනය කරන ලද අතර, එහිදී අමුත්තන්ට කුඩා අත්පත්‍රිකා ලබා ගත හැකි විය.

Wood and Tree පෝස්ටරය යනු A' Design Award රිදී සම්මානය දිනූ නිර්මාණයකි; ඉහළම පෙළේ, සුන්දර සහ ආකර්ශනීය නිර්මාණ සඳහා පිරිනමන අසාමාන්‍ය ලෙස ගෞරවනීය පිළිගැනීමකි. රිදී ජයග්‍රාහී නිර්මාණ අතිශය දීප්තිමත් සහ ඉතා නිර්මාණශීලී කෘති වන අතර නිර්මාණකරුවන්ගේ විශිෂ්ට විශේෂඥතාව, දක්ෂතාව සහ සියුම් බුද්ධිය පෙන්වයි. Wood and Tree පෝස්ටරය විස්මයජනක, ආදර්ශවත්, ඉතා වෘත්තීය සහ ගැඹුරින් නවීන කෘතියක් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ. Wood and Tree පෝස්ටරය බොහෝ දෙනා ඊර්ෂ්‍යා කරන නිර්මාණයක් වන අතර ආශාවන් අවදි කරයි, ධනාත්මක හැඟීම් ගෙන එයි සහ විස්මය ඇති කරයි.

- අනන්‍ය ලක්ෂණ
- It's a poster for an architecture seminar which is called "Wood & Tree" in Tokyo, Japan. The theme is about new possibility of application of wood which is a kind of classic material on modern architecture. So modern graphic language is used to simulate classic drawing to express annual ring. The main vision is mathematical but still can feel natural beauty.

- Hundreds of annual ring's photo was collected as a reference. Adobe Illustrator is the main software to complete the poster.

- The hardest part is using mathematical graphic to simulate nature shape such as annual ring and expressing both aesthetics at the same time.
- පර්යේෂණ
- The number, thickness, curvature, color, etc. of the lines have been extensively tested to express annual ring.
- ආශ්වාදනය
- The inspiration is from annual ring. Wood is a kind of material without life. But different from other material, people can still feel vitality by the smell and texture and so on. The annual ring is the evidence which can prove it was lived as a tree. And the beautiful curve is intoxicating.
- ව්‍යාපෘති කාල සීමාව
- The project started in Aug 2018 and finished in September 2019 in Tokyo, and was exhibited in gallery of Myojyuji Saruein September 2018.
- ක්‍රියාකාරී ප්‍රවාහය
- It was displayed at the entrance, visiter could take the small flyers by themselves to understand the theme of the exhibition.
