About Bennetti අත් ඔරලෝසුව

Bennetti යනු කල්පැවැත්ම හා පිරිපහදු කළ පෙනුම එකට ඒකාබද්ධ කිරීම සඳහා නිර්මාණය කරන ලද අත් ඔරලෝසුවකි. එහි කවචය විෂ්කම්භයෙන් මිලිමීටර් 40ක් හා ඝනකමින් මිලිමීටර් 12ක් වන අතර, ජල ප්‍රතිරෝධී මට්ටම ATM 5කි. මෙම නිර්මාණය ආරම්භ වූයේ කුඩා විස්තර විසඳා ගැනීම සඳහා ඉක්මන් අත් ඇඳුම් සටහන් තැනීමෙනි. ඉන්පසුව සම්පූර්ණ ත්‍රිමාණ ආකෘතියක් නිර්මාණය කර දෘශ්‍යකරණය කරන ලද අතර, අතේ ඇඳුනුම් හැඟීම සුවපහසු බව තහවුරු කර ගැනීම සඳහා කවචය 3D මුද්‍රණය කරන ලදී. යාන්ත්‍රික අදියරේදී චලනය (movement) කවචය තුළ නැවත සකස් කරන ලදී. මෙම සංකල්පය මාස තුනක් පමණ කාලයක් තුළ සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලදී.

Unique Properties: Designed by MAKO and crafted from the finest materials, The Benetti Watch is a cut above its competition. MAKO developed the concept from an idea and after prototyping and assisting with 3D CAD renderings, hand sketching, concept design, digital sketching, product planning, and packaging design through to production. MAKO used elements of logo ideation, manufacturing sourcing, packaging all materials, production management and manufacturing sourcing The Bennetti Watch design as well.

Production Technology: Quick sketch ideation helped us realize the smaller design details, while the full 3D model was designed in Solidworks and then rendered with Keyshot. Amidst the CAD phase, we had 3D printed the watch casing to ensure that it sat comfortably on the wrist as well.
Design Challenge: This product made its way from concept design, to a fully functional prototype, and ultimately into production. Though relatively straightforward, the majority of the challenges took place during the mechanical phase, as we were re-configuring the movement within the watch case.
Inspiration: The inspiration behind the Bennetti watch stems from the philosophy that a luxury watch should never have to sacrifice its durability for beauty. With this in mind, each Bennetti watch is built to be taken seriously, to stand out, compliment personal style, be a conversation piece and be overall a work of art.
Project Duration: The concept design took approximately three months to finish in Toronto, Canada, with respect to other existing products that were also under development
