Samsung Bot Chef je koncept robotického ramena navrhnutý na použitie v domácej kuchyni. Rameno spolupracuje s ľuďmi pri krájaní, miešaní, dochucovaní a varení jedál. Každý krok vedú jednoduché hlasové príkazy. Spracovanie prirodzeného jazyka umožňuje čítať a porozumieť bežným receptom, pričom úlohy sú rozdelené medzi rameno a kuchára. Senzory umožňujú pevne uchopiť rukoväte pri miešaní alebo šľahaní a jemne stlačiť fľašu s omáčkou. Používajú sa bežné kuchynské nástroje a pomôcky. Štíhle telo má pri plnom vysunutí rozmery 90 x 90 x 1200 milimetrov.

How might we help people regain precious quality time in their day by bringing advances in automation and robotics to the home environment?
Inšpirácia: Bot Chef was inspired by our love of cooking, and the desire to make meal preparation a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for both home cooks and professional chefs. Kitchen work and food preparation involves several tedious, time-consuming and repetitive tasks, and everyone could use an "extra hand" in the kitchen. Our innovative hardware and software brings cutting edge advances in robotics and automation to the home in an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly form-factor.
Trvanie projektu: This project has been under development since August 2018, and been showcased at numerous trade events such as KBIS 2019, IFA 2019, and CES 2020.
Pracovný postup: Bot Chef can understand and respond to simple voice commands from the user. Through advanced natural language processing, Bot Chef can read, understand, and assign tasks to itself and the human chef in regular recipes. Sensors allow it to grasp handles firmly to stir or whisk, and also gently squeeze a bottle of sauce. Need to change up the recipe? It's as easy as saying "Hey Bot Chef, add some Sriracha!"
