O dizajne The Hub Zmiešaný turistický komplex
The Hub je zmiešaný developerský projekt navrhnutý pre turistický ruch v Healesville, Victoria, Austrália. Projekt spája historický trh, gastronomické centrum, pivovar, hotel, reštauráciu a spoločenské centrum. Pešia trasa prepája všetky funkcie naprieč pozemkom s rozlohou šesť akrov. Budovy sú odstupňované tak, aby kopírovali terén, a použité prírodné materiály prepájajú stavbu s okolitou krajinou. Koncepcia dizajnu prináša vonkajší priestor dovnútra a otvára lokalitu peším návštevníkom. Zámerom je podporiť miestny turizmus a zároveň zachovať charakter okolia.
