Excentrico je konštruktívny produkt funkcie prelamovaného bloku. Je inšpirovaný karibskou lokalitou, kde je potrebné, aby priestory boli priepustné. Tento produkt slúži na optimalizáciu prirodzeného vetrania architektonických priestorov vo vnútri, čím sa dosiahne lepšia prirodzená cirkulácia používaná ako bioklimatická stratégia. Je vyvinutý v 3 variantoch s rozdielom tvaru stredového otvoru.
