O dizajne PaMu Nano Tws Earbuds

PaMu Nano vyvíja slúchadlá „neviditeľné v uchu“ prispôsobené pre mladých používateľov a vhodné pre viacero scenárov. Dizajn je založený na optimalizácii údajov uší viac ako 5 000 používateľov a v konečnom dôsledku zaisťuje, že väčšina uší bude pri nosení pohodlná, a to aj pri ležaní na boku. Povrch nabíjacieho puzdra používa špeciálnu elastickú tkaninu na skrytie kontrolky prostredníctvom integrovanej technológie balenia. Magnetické nasávanie uľahčuje obsluhu. BT5.0 zjednodušuje obsluhu a zároveň zachováva rýchle a stabilné pripojenie a kodek aptX zaisťuje vyššiu kvalitu zvuku. IPX6 Odolnosť voči vode.

Dizajnérska výzva: How to collect and summarize the ear data of thousands of users? How to refine and summarize them into a headphone shape suitable for our target users? Making the headphone more fitting, more comfortable to wear, and the ears will not feel pressure when lying down, these are the first challenge in our product development process. The second challenge is how to bring users more different texture and temperature on the product while ensuring the minimalist design style. So we hide the functional indicator light throught elastic cloth and integrated packaging technology.
Výskum: In terms of product design, PaMu Nano innovatively develops "Invisible in the ear" which means almost no pressure on the ears even during lying on the side through optimization of hardware and software technologies. The surface of charging case takes use of special elastic cloth to hide the indicator light through the integrated packaging tech. Simplicity while remaining the details, it doesn't affect user's operation. Accurate magnetic suction helps easy operating.
Inšpirácia: Most of TWS earphones protrude from the outer side causing uncomfortable to wear especially when lying on the side, the exposed part will bring pressure to ears. PaMu Nano develops "invisible in the ear" design through the testing and adjusting of more than 5,000 users' ear data to solve problem as above.
Trvanie projektu: The project started in September 2020 in Xiamen, Fujian Prov., China.
Pracovný postup: Open the charger and pick up the headphones on the left and right sides to achieve automatic pairing of the headsets at a second speed, simplifying user operations. Bluetooth 5.0 technology ensures a fast and stable connection between the headset and any mobile communication device, while calling different voice assistants. Tap the touch button to answer the call or pause the music. When the headset is out of power or not in use, the charger is automatically charged.
