O dizajne Vilicci Virtuoso Gril

Vilicci Virtuoso je gril navrhnutý na varenie nad ohňom. Každá súčiastka je frézovaná z celistvých blokov nehrdzavejúcej ocele pomocou CNC frézovacích strojov, pričom niektoré diely sú vyrobené z mosadze. Rožeň s otočným mechanizmom možno na gril umiestniť alebo odobrať otvorením pevnej zástrčkovej západky. Šesťhranný kužeľovitý tvar ohniskovej komory spolu s umiestnením vetracích otvorov zabezpečujú rovnomernú cirkuláciu vzduchu, vďaka čomu oheň horí rovnomerne a efektívne. Výška vnútornej ohniskovej komory je nastaviteľná, čo umožňuje jemné doladenie teploty varnej plochy. Popol sa odstraňuje cez otvor určený na pripojenie vysávača.

grill is milled from solid blocks of stainless steel and crafted using state-of-the-art CNC milling machines.
With the addition of the state of the art skewer rotisserie system this grill ticks all the boxes when it comes to functionality and striking appearance.
The special hexagonal cone shape of the fire chamber and the strategically placed air vents ensure a perfect air circulation around the fire which will burn evenly and efficiently throughout the grilling.

Pracovný postup: The rotisserie unit can be safely placed on or removed from the grill by opening a sturdy deadbolt latch. Emptying ash from the fire chamber is very easy due to the convenient vacuum cleaner port.
By adjusting the height of the inner fire chamber, you can fine-tune the temperature of the grill’s cooktop. The cooktop’s temperature also slightly varies between the inner and outer parts, so one can control the speed of cooking by placing food at the appropriate area.
