Každá koruna sa vyrába na mieru, takže sadne iba na hlavu jedného nositeľa. 3D sken zaznamená presný tvar hlavy a koruna sa následne formuje z ručne fúkaného skla tradičnými metódami. Každý kus nesie svoje vlastné charakteristické črty. Priemerná veľkosť je 25 x 25 x 25 cm. Sklo bolo zvolené pre svoju krehkosť a pevnosť, ako aj pre spôsob, akým svetlo prechádza týmto materiálom. Koruna odráža individualitu osoby, ktorá ju nosí.
