About Szhk Science and Technology Project Výšková administratívna budova
Projekt Szhk Science and Technology je výšková administratívna zástavba v čínskom Šen-čene. Hlavná budova s výškou 250 metrov pripomína rozťahujúcu sa formu čínskeho platanovca, zatiaľ čo obchodné pódium má tvar stromov a jeho fasáda evokuje listy platanovca. Dizajn vytvára 24-hodinový okruh priestorov na bývanie, oddych a prácu, s komunitným zdravotným centrom, kníhkupectvom v podobe stromového domčeka, herným centrom a umeleckým centrom. Prirodzené vetranie, perforované hliníkové fasádne panely, zelená strecha pódia a strešný solárny ohrev vody znižujú spotrebu energie.
