Konceptualizácia dizajnu kancelárskej budovy na brehu jazera vychádzala z hlbokej túžby vytvoriť symbiotický vzťah medzi vybudovaným prostredím a obklopujúcou prírodnou krajinou. Prostredníctvom plynulej integrácie kancelárskej veže do jej malebnej lokality pri jazere architekti vytvorili priestorové usporiadanie podporujúce zvýšenú produktivitu a rozvoj pohody zamestnancov, čo bolo dosiahnuté vytváraním bezprostredného spojenia s okolitými prírodnými prvkami.
