About Istanbul 245 House Obytná budova
Dizajnový tím sa zamerial na pokojné bývanie v súlade s prirodzenosťou. Do architektúry a interiérového dizajnu začlenili množstvo prírodného dreva a prírodného kameňa. Prírodné masívne drevo je živý materiál. Uprednostnené sú prírodné materiály a prírodné tóny. V priestoroch sa výrazne odráža atmosféra jesenného vánku. Dub a orech predstavujú farebnú paletu projektu, ktoré sa dajú kombinovať s kameňom a skalou. Tím dbál na to, aby celkové formy zostali pokojné a jednoduché s občasnými výraznými detailmi, pričom ich harmonicky zladil s matnou mosadzou a lineárnymi lamelami.

- Unique Properties
- A serene, peaceful and quiet shelter in nature, designed and implemented by Studio EG Architecture: Acarkent B245 House... The project consists of four floors in total. The garden floor and ground floor were designed as living spaces, while the middle floor and attic floor were designed as night spaces. Built on approximately 850 m2 of land, this residence embodies the naturalness and simplicity of Beykoz.

- Design Challenge
- Since it was a renovation project, it was a project that we developed and worked hard on in line with new usage scenarios and user requests, adhering to the dimensions and carrier system. We created the final design with many sketches.
- Research
- It is a serene and at the same time quiet project that will save users from the intense workload they are exposed to during the day, and where they can relieve their fatigue and stress. In this project, where we take simple ergonomics as a basis, spaces such as an outdoor pool, orchard, sun terrace, dining area, outdoor terraces and hobby rooms, cinema room, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, garden shower, book reading areas are designed to protect users from fatigue and stress during the day. aimed at purification.
- Inspiration
- It was designed with modern geometry of clarity and numerical arithmetic in the space, using natural wood colors from nature. There is a floor gallery between the garden floor living room and the ground floor living room. It lets in maximum daylight, illuminating the living spaces and distributing the green reflection of the trees and forest area from the garden to the interior spaces.
