Kníhkupectvo Huai'an Zhongshuge pretvára architektonický priestor na kosmickú cestu, spájajúc surrealizmus so štrukturálnou presnosťou. Interiér, ovládaný preháňanými trojrozmernými formami, evokuje nebeskú mechaniku prostredníctvom sústredných kruhov a nepravidelných geometrických štruktúr, ktoré napodobňujú astronomické prístroje. Knižné police sa krivkujú a stáčajú do špirál ako planetárne obežné dráhy, ich dynamické usporiadanie odráža pohyb nebeských telies. Roztrúsené knihy, podobné fragmentom nekonečných svetov, sa skrývajú v týchto sochárskych policiach.

- Huai’an Zhongshuge’s concept is the “universe”. Using traditional wood, it creates a surreal planetary installation that links two floors.The designer achieved large-scale construction within limited space, overcoming the technical challenge through precise 3D modeling and computational simulation. Repeated adjustments and optimizations ensured the balance between structural stability and visual impact. The bookstore’s display, reading, and leisure functions are embedded into astronomical form.

- The design of Huai’an Zhongshuge draws inspiration from the local urban culture, the theme of human exploration of the universe, and the symbolic significance of books. Technically, the design is inspired by the patterns of celestial forms and orbital movements. The designer simulated planetary trajectories, integrating functionality and aesthetics.
