- ڈیزائن چیلنج
- The hardest part is how to make users know the meaning of this novel app. This kind of app theme is very rare, users did not have a general concept of its function. Therefore transparent and simple flow is necessary, we did our best to simplify whole process of first aid request and angel plan participation.
- تحقیق
- We adopted questionnaire and interview to investigate the requirement that users need while they want to learn and perform first aid rapidly. Also, we used A/B test to testify design detail such as the color and position of emergency button. Besides, we did some user experiments based on interface prototype to give a fluent user experience.
- تحریک
- 17.5 million people die of sudden cardiac death every year, accounting for 30% of total deaths. Most victims do not have effective treatment time, many lives can be saved if people nearby can perform first aid in time. Many doctors, nurses and medical students near to victim want to help but they don't know it happened. Accident witnesses know but lack first aid knowledge.
