About Unilever Homebase دفتر انٹیریئر ڈیزائن

یونی لیور ہوم بیس ہو چی من شہر، ویتنام وچ واقع اک دفتر انٹیریئر ہے۔ ایہ ورک پلیس 9000 مربع میٹر تے پھیلیا ہویا ہے تے ایتھے ایکٹیویٹی-بیسڈ ورکنگ ماڈل نوں اپنایا گیا ہے۔ فکسڈ ڈیسکاں دی تعداد گھٹائی گئی ہے تے ورک سیٹنگز دی وسیع رینج شامل کیتی گئی ہے، جیہڑی اوپن میٹنگ اسپیساں تے پرائیویٹ زوناں تے مشتمل ہے۔ اک مرکزی حب کیفے ٹیریا نوں تن منزلاں دے وسیع اوپن ڈسکشن ایریا نال جوڑدا ہے، جیہڑا اک خالی تھاں (وائیڈ) دے ذریعے آپسی طور تے جڑیا ہویا ہے، جیہڑی قدرتی روشنی نوں اندر لیاندی ہے۔ ایہ ڈیزائن تصور، جیہڑا "فنکی ٹاؤن" دے ناں نال جانیا جاندا ہے، کمپنی دیاں برانڈ کہانیاں دی عکاسی کریندا ہے۔ اک پرانی عمارت نوں تبدیل کر کے 800 دے بجائے 1000 عملے دے میمبراں دی گنجائش بنائی گئی ہے۔

Unique Properties: Unilever Homebase Vietnam is a unique agile workplace that immerses the brand stories of Unilever to create a context where employees can feel and live with the brand. The workspace concept is ‘Funky Town’ which enables staff to connect and collaborate in a dynamic way. One unique area in the Unilever office is the central hub with the cafeteria surrounded by a large open discussion area on three floors of Unilever and connected by the void that makes use of the natural light and brings people together.

Production Technology: ADP applied the new working model for Unilever Homebase - Activity-based working that means we reduce the number of fixed desks and increase a variety of other work settings such as open meeting space, private zone to amplify collaboration.
Design Challenge: ADP turned the old-constructioned building into a new modern workplace that embraces the agile working model to empower staff to work and be inspired better.
Inspiration: Unilever is one of the biggest consumer goods in the world, which owns a huge number of brands. ADP wants to create a space that can reflect the diversity of Unilever and inspire their staff with the brand they are working for. ADP decides to apply the activity-based working model for the new office.
Project Duration: The Unilever Homebase project started in August 2019 and finished in January 2020 in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
Operation Flow: ADP transformed the old building into the new Unilever Homebase with the activity-based working model to empower staff to work better. The new workspace also helps Unilever to better optimize the space as increasing the headcount from 800 to 1000 in the same area.
