About Larma اپارٹمنٹ عمارت

لارما ایران دے اترکوں وچ واقع رویان ملک وچ ہک اپارٹمنٹ عمارت ہے۔ عمارت وچ چھے منزلاں تے بارہ یونٹ نیں۔ ہک گیبل چھت مازندران دی خزاں تے سردیاں دی برکھا نال مطابقت رکھدی ہے تے مقامی تعمیراتی روایت دی پیروی کریندی ہے۔ اینٹ، جیڑھی ایرانی طرزِ تعمیر وچ بہوں پرانے کنوں استعمال تھیندی آ رہی ہے، اصل سطحاں دا بنیادی مواد ہے۔ لکڑی دے کھڑکیاں دیاں چوکھٹاں وچ لگائے گئے رنگین شیشے راہداریاں تے پوڑیاں دے علاقیاں وچ رنگین روشنی گھلیندے نیں۔ سامنے دی دیوار تے جھاڑیاں تے سبز پودے مازندران دے جنگلاں دی یاد تازہ کریندے نیں، جدکہ وڈے سبز چھتاں (ٹیراسز) ایس علاقے دیاں کھلیاں تھانواں دی یاد تازہ کریندیاں نیں۔

Unique Properties: The Larma apartment project is designed in 6 floors and 12 units. It is located in the north of Iran, Mazandaran. Due to the climatic conditions of Mazandaran, rainfall in winter and autumn, a gable roof is used, which is a model of old and native architecture. The architecture of this building is inspired by Iranian and also local architecture. Using bricks, that is a symbol of Iranian architecture and local materials, is one of the main ideas of this project. To respect the environment, shrubs and green plants in the facade that symbolizes the forests of Mazandaran are used.
Dimensions & Packaging: The dimensions of project are 15 m in width x 25 m in length x 30.75 m in height.

Production Technology: The softwares by which the Larma projects have been designed are AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona Render, and 3ds Max.
Design Challenge: Decorations had a special place in Iranian architecture and colored glass is a symbol of Iranian architecture. Using colored glass between the wooden frames of windows and corridors and stair windows that radiant colored light in the building, In addition to their beauty, Iranians believe that it keeps insects and reptiles away.
Moreover, using large and green terraces is a symbol of the yards of Mazandaran.
Inspiration: The inspiration of the project is based on Iranian and indigenous architecture.
Project Duration: The design of project started in July 2021 and finished in February 2022. The location of project is Royan of Iran.
Operation Flow: The use of brick materials, which is a symbol of Iranian architecture.
