ڈیزائنر کوں بالاں تے چم دی سنبھال دیاں شیواں دی مخلوط رینج کیتے پائیدار پیکیجنگ بݨاوݨ دا کم دتا گیا۔ منصوبے دا مسئلہ ایہہ ہا جو تین وکھ وکھ سائزاں دیاں شیواں کیتے اکو سائز دی پیکیجنگ ورتی ونڄے۔ ایں کیتے اندرلے کارڈبورڈ دی کجھ چالاک انجینئرنگ دی لوڑ ہئی تاں جو اکلے سائز دی ٹیوب وچ شیواں کوں سنبھالیا ونڄے۔ کارڈبورڈ ٹیوباں کوں آفسیٹ نال کالے رنگ تے دو سپاٹ رنگاں، اک سپاٹ یو وی وارنش تے پوری طراں ساٹن ایکویئس وارنش نال چھاپیا گیا۔ ڈھکن دے لیبل دو رنگاں وچ سیلف ایڈہیسیو سٹاک تے چھاپے گئے۔

- Unique Properties
- We were commissioned to develop sustainable packaging for a mixed range of hair and skincare products. The challenge was that all products were different in size but the final packaging could only be a single size. This required some clever internal cardboard engineering to support the products inside the single size tube.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The cardboard tubes were printed offset with x2 spot colours plus black, plus spot UV gloss and an allover aqueous satin varnish. Internal mechanics diecut only.
Labels printed 2 colour with allover satin aqueous varnish.

- Production Technology
- The single size tube for x3 different sized products was made to work for economical reasons. This was a very small run project so production efficiencies were essential.
- Design Challenge
- Securing a simple, cost effective variable insert.
- Inspiration
- As the product heralds from Morocco we took inspiration from the familiar geometric tile patterns. This gave us a strong graphic pattern with which to work and echo across the range for strong pack architecture. The soft colour palatte is a nod to the parched colourful Moroccan buildings. Each lid is secured by an adhesive sticker.
- Project Duration
- 3 months in design and 2 months in production.
